My cornerstone is a degree in Psychology.
My past academic self was, and is, to this day, fascinated with the optimisation of communication, rapport building and the metamorphosis of structures under pressure.
With a pivot, I left academia and joined a software development startup. As the company grew and evolved over the years, so did I. At peak, the fairy tale concluded in the company merging into a bigger organisation as its development arm.
Now, I wish to offer my skill sets and people management tools to other companies in need of a guiding and structuring hand.
When I’m not working, you can find me tending to my own garden with a good book and a cup of tea.
